Job Purpose:

As the Admissions Psychologist, you are responsible for evaluating and monitoring the admission process for new students through psycho-educational tests, interviews, and observations, to ensure that candidates have the necessary conditions to successfully integrate into the school's educational model.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate applicants through tests, interviews & observations.
  • Prepare psychoeducational reports to support admissions decisions.
  • Collaborate with academic and admissions teams.
  • Identify special educational needs and propose support strategies.
  • Ensure clear, respectful communication with families.
  • Safeguard confidentiality and support process improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Psychoeducation.
  • Knowledge in application and interpretation of psychometric and psychoeducational tests, child and adolescent development and educational and inclusion regulations.
  • Excellent analysis and synthesis skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years of successful professional experience in psychoeducational evaluation of children and adolescents.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills.
  • Professional attitude and people skills with eagerness to enthusiastic, proactive, and positive.
