Job Description

Main Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or any other relevant field
  • Minimum two years of experience with children in schools or relevant fields
  • Non-criminal record certificate
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suit

Job Responsibilities

Required Skills/Abilities

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Answers telephones and transfers external and internal lines to relevant staff members.
  • Answers telephones and follow up on inquiries from parents, teachers, and other staff members.
  • Welcomes parents and schedules appointments.
  • Monitors morning arrival of students and inform parents of repeated tardiness.
  • Coordinates School Principal’s meetings with students, parents and teachers.
  • Gathers feedback about students from stage principles in preparation for meetings with parents.
  • Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Provides administrative support to the school principal.
  • Creates and modifies documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Ensure that all communications are being circulated and always on time.
  • Translates all written communications (documents/ circulars/ correspondence/ meeting minutes).
  • Maintains and updates the school principal’s timetable. .
  • Develops SOPs and forms to be used by the office.
  • Follows up on important deadlines via email & phone calls.
  • Records meeting minutes.
  • Handles student issues and requests.
  • Addresses parent concerns by following up with the different departments.
  • Organizes and arranges for parent meetings.
  • Ensures that the SharePoint is UpToDate with all documents.
  • Ensures that students files are UptoDate and Maintained.
