Job Description

 
Job Purpose
Lead the school’s software systems and support team, ensure accurate data management, oversee grading and report card processes, and maintain smooth digital operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer the school’s information system (e.g., iSAMS).
  • Maintain data accuracy, database updates, and system backups.
  • Produce reports, dashboards, and data analysis for leadership.
  • Maintain and update the IT knowledge database and documentation.
  • Lead the software support team and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Handle system integrations, APIs, and data connections with third-party platforms.
  • Provide training and support to academic and administrative staff.

 

Job Responsibilities

Required Skills/Abilities

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in software/system administration.
  • Knowledge of school information systems and academic workflows.
  • Strong data analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong skills in Excel (advanced functions) and Power BI reporting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
