Job Purpose:

Keep school facilities clean, tidy, and hygienic through cleaning and disinfection tasks, contributing to a safe, healthy, and pleasant environment for students, teachers, and administrative staff. Provide basic logistical support and actively collaborate in the smooth running of the institution.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and deep cleaning of classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition and report supply or tool replacement needs.
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety protocols, including proper PPE use.
• Report damages, risks, or irregularities in facilities.
• Prepare and clean spaces before and after classes, activities, and school events.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, disinfect surfaces, and empty trash bins.
• Support cleaning tasks during staff absences and assist in large school events.
• Participate in weekly, monthly, and annual deep‑cleaning activities (windows, carpets, storage rooms, campus-wide cleaning).
• Assist with major maintenance, sanitization campaigns, and safety/hygiene training.

Qualifications:

• Secondary education completed.
• Knowledge in basic cleaning and disinfection techniques.
• Knowledge in safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
• Proper PPE use and hygiene/safety protocols
• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Teamwork and communication.
• Attention to detail and service mindset.
