Accounting Manager (AM) - St Andrews International School Bangkok
Join a leading international school and drive financial excellence!
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Accounting Manager to lead our day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide critical financial support to our Senior Leadership Team.
Reports to: Business Manager
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

Lead and mentor the Accounting team, ensuring accuracy in all daily and monthly financial processes.

Oversee the General Ledger, month-end closing, and preparation of accurate financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Ensure full compliance with Thai accounting standards (TFRS/GAAP), tax regulations, and the PDPA Act.

Manage the annual budgeting, forecasting, and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) processes.

Develop robust strategies for tuition fee collection (AR) and control over Accounts Payable (AP).

Liaise directly with external auditors and tax advisors.

Execute specialized accounting and financial tasks as assigned by the Business Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements (What You Must Have)

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in management accounting, with strong team leadership skills (2+ years in a supervisory role).

Expert knowledge of local accounting principles and statutory requirements in Thailand.

Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
Desired Skills (Strong Advantage)

Previous experience working in a school or education environment.

Experience with NAVISION accounting software.
