About the Role
We seek passionate, dedicated, Early Years Teachers who share our commitment to providing a nurturing, inspiring, and inclusive educational journey for every student. Join us in creating a positive, lasting impact.
At St. Andrews International School Bangkok, we believe that knowing each child and their family is at the heart of effective education. Inspiring Learning and Development:
As an Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences for young children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development in a nurturing and stimulating environment. Staying informed on current educational practices, you’ll bring fresh approaches to our curriculum and provide regular, meaningful feedback to parents. Collaborative planning is central to our approach, and you’ll work closely with colleagues and Heads of Phase to design exciting learning experiences for individual students.
Our school is a dynamic environment that encourages curiosity and engagement. As an educator, you’ll make classrooms and shared spaces inviting and stimulating, helping children feel excited to learn and participate.
To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about supporting young children's development and well-being. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with children, parents, and colleagues, while excellent organisation and time-management abilities will help you manage lesson planning and record-keeping effectively. Creativity and adaptability are important for addressing challenges, and you must be committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
A solid understanding of safeguarding practices is necessary, as is a willingness to engage in professional learning and support the development of others. Enthusiasm for being part of an inclusive community, where every child is valued, is key to this role.

We prioritise professional growth, offering access to Nord Anglia University’s CPD platform and encouraging collaboration through Professional Learning Communities, Triads, and WalkThrus. With leadership and Masters programme opportunities, we support our teachers in their journey to become lifelong learners.
Building a Welcoming School Community:
