St Andrews International School Bangkok is a respected British international school known for its inclusive culture, strong sense of community, and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a proactive Finance Officer to join our dynamic team.
This is more than a numbers role. You will support the smooth financial operations of the school, working closely with families, staff, and departments across the campus. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will manage billing and accounting functions, support debt control, and help ensure a positive financial experience for our parent community.
What You Will Do
- Manage billing accounting and collection processes
- Act as a financial contact point for families
- Maintain accurate records using accounting software and our parent portal
- Prepare reports and support month-end and year-end close
- Handle petty cash and supplier or staff payments
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations
What You Will Bring
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and time-management skills
- Excel skills and familiarity with finance systems
- Team mindset and proactive attitude
- Experience in an international or school setting is a plus
