Job Description

We are currently seeking to recruit a School Nurse to join our dedicated and dynamic School Nursing team. Required Skills/Abilities

Minimum Qualifications (Essential upon arrival):

Recent clinical experience in a school or healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, able to work in a multicultural environment.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Strong administrative skills and computer literacy.
Flexible, responsive, and adaptable to changing environments.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Competency in assessing, evaluating, and managing health conditions and emergencies.

Job Responsibilities

As a School Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality service that promotes and improves school health while addressing health inequalities. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing clinical care and supporting the well-being of students.
Collaborating with a diverse team to contribute to the ongoing development of the school nursing service.
Promoting a culture of learning, reflective practice, and professional growth within the team.
Assisting in the evaluation and improvement of health services in the school environment.
Ensuring the health and safety of students by managing emergencies and offering appropriate care.
