Job Description
School Registrar and Government Liaison Assistant
Position Summary
The School Registrar and Government Liaison Assistant supports the School Director in handling government-related tasks, focusing primarily on the electronic OPEC database system. This role involves coordinating with various departments within the school, external organizations, and OPEC to ensure accurate, up-to-date information. The Assistant will also support the School Director by coordinating with relevant organizations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
1. School Registrar Duties
- Coordinate with internal departments and OPEC officials to maintain accurate records on the OPEC database, which includes systems like PESO, PFS, REGIS, E-DOC, PEDC, and ORSS. Support may be required for new systems introduced by OPEC or other government entities.
Main OPEC Electronic Systems
- E-DOC:
- Check OPEC's E-DOC system twice daily, register inbox letters, download and save relevant documents, print key documents, inform the School Director, and share information with relevant departments.
- Upload school-provided documents to E-DOC, such as trip reports or other OPEC requests.
- Act as the point of contact for changes, errors, issues, or questions related to E-DOC.
- REGIS, PFS, and ORSS:
- Collaborate with the Admissions and Family Support Departments for general student information updates, reporting, and error support.
- Partner with HR to update teacher and educational staff information.
- Coordinate with departments to prepare and upload information for OPEC requests (e.g., vaccination quotas, subsidies).
- Update school profile and charter information as needed.
- Work with academic staff to prepare student assessments, GPAX for TCAS, certifying letters, transcripts, and diplomas in OPEC formats (ป.พ.1 and ป.พ.2).
2. Government Liaison Assistant
- Assist the School Director in liaising with governmental entities like OPEC and BMA to address school administrative matters, including:
- Amending the School Charter and related formalities
- Processing school fee adjustments, introducing new subjects or curriculums, and renewing or requesting permits.
- Facilitate communication with external organizations on student-related matters or school operations as needed, under the guidance of the School Director.
Desired Qualifications

- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including spreadsheets, word processing, and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and open to learning.
