Job Description
*This is a local package position*
Provide support to our Heads of PE and wider PE team, assisting in daily office needs and managing our department’s general administrative activities.
• Collaboratively prepare FOBISIA documentation, liaising with the FOBISIA organization and in accordance with Regents documentation and procedures.
• Sending letters and emails to parents and other schools.
• Effective liaises with external providers for school sport and CCA provision, examples include submitting ESAC results to local school organisers, liaising with external coaches etc.
• Supporting with day to day admin tasks within the PE/ Swimming departments, such as creating displays, lesson task sheets etc.
• Liaising with the finance department in relation to PE orders, trips and CCA’s payments.
• Sending news items to the marketing team
• Helping with events such as Sports Days, Sports Presentation Evenings and inter-school competitions
• Maintenance of registers, supporting of fixture documentation and maintain a link with transport director.
• Liaising with ground maintenance staff regarding PE requirements
• Supporting with stock taking
• Attend departmental meetings and support agenda minutes recording.

Required Skills/Abilities
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the subject(s) or area(s) concern
- Evidence of continuous professional development and commitment to further professional development
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to advise and assist students
- A willingness to undertake appropriate training
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to prepare and organize resources
