PURPOSE: To coordinate & assist the Admissions department in administrative, organizational & development tasks.
REPORTING TO: Admissions Manager & DAM

Core requirements of the post
In fulfilling the requirements of the post, the Admissions Coordinator will demonstrate essential professional characteristics, and in particular will;
- Answer the telephone in a polite, professional and timely fashion
- Deal with simple enquiries employing the good judgement to know when to pass the call to more senior colleagues
- Support and assist the Admissions and Marketing team in any reasonable duty as directed by them
Admissions support
- Qualify all prospective Nord Anglia families, using the BLANT framework, by making the 1st call and subsequent follow-up calls as needed to qualify / disqualify a lead.
- Pass qualified leads with detailed notes to the appropriate Admissions Officer.
- Support in the scheduling of visits as required.
- Drive fantastic parent experience through customer centric and best-in-class communications – often the lead specialist will be the 1st person from the school which the family will engage with.
- Maintain a clean Salesforce lead pipeline.
- Use data & dashboards to improve their individual ways of working e.g., understand how changes in process have influenced their qualification velocity, and adjust behavior as needed to improve.
- Feedback to the DAM on the quality of leads coming through the pipeline, helping to optimize and improve campaign effectiveness.

- Participate in and fully engage with the school’s performance management and appraisal process.
- Demonstrate continuous professional and personal development through the identification and implementation of individual development plans arising from company and school performance management and appraisal processes
- Contribute to wider engagement of colleagues in the marketing and admission function giving support and willingly sharing ideas and materials to promote this.
Qualifications/Training
- Qualified to degree level or similar
Capabilities / experience needed
- Ideally experience in luxury, customer facing sales industries.
- Ideally Salesforce experience.
- Clear and proven ability to build rapport over the phone, and not be afraid to ask / respond to difficult questions.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Strong organizational / process skills.
- Team player – able to work as one integrated, collaborative MAC team to drive outcomes.
