JOB PURPOSE  

You are the best advocate for our brand and will help us to drive awareness and reputation of our school – ensuring we are top of mind for prospective students and their families.
As a part of our Marketing & Admissions team, you will be an integral part of a team, delivering engaging content that supports our recruitment and retention targets.

KEY RESULT AREA   

 

Create inspiring and relevant content to drive engagement from current and prospective families.

  • Create engaging video content and capture photography that brings to life the key USP’s and benefits of an education at Hamelin – Laie.
  • Manage the school photo & video library
  • Develop the school photo/ video bank with materials based on Global NAE guidelines
  • Upskill and train academic team to support in daily image capture – and ensure processes are in place for uploading and sharing content  


Manage the school social media channels

 

  • Work with the Marketing and Communication lead to implement the school strategic content calendar across all social channels.
  • Create engaging content – video and photo
  • Review and learn from other schools across Nord Anglia and other organisations to implement best practice
  • Follow social media trends and tactics and implement where appropriate
  • Work with the regional and central teams to optimize channels and implement recommendations for improvement.  
  • Continuous positive trend on engagement across key channels

 

Implement Brand and Campaign materials in school

 

  • Through your own design expertise and, where appropriate with external designers, ensure consistency and quality of execution across all internal and external facing materialsWork on a variety of graphic designs, from promotional materials and online banners to printed materials. 
  • Create visually appealing designs while following brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels. 
  • Creativity is key, but within well-defined visual standards that maintain a cohesive brand identity. 
  • Work with school Marketing Manager / DAM on campus improvement and decoration projects 
  • Manage the school Canva account – creating and updating templates for academic and school staff to use, ensuring consistency across campus

 

Drive performance through data and insight

  • Use local and global data insights to help drive school performance
  • Be inspired by research. Use third party insights, competitive analysis and trends to identify opportunities
  • Use data to make sure we are measuring campaigns against commercial objectives

 


Work with the School MAC team and Regional office on any other Marketing related activities as required.

  • Run required analytics and / or assist with preparing data for analysis.
  • Assist with brand related projects such as alumni networking support.
  • Support the MAC team through coordinating and promoting school recruitment events, such as Open Days and Workshops.
