We are Hiring for Front Office Executive.

Roles & Responsibilities

Front Office Executive (School) – 6-Month Contract

  • Serve as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and guests.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries in a polite and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about school timings, admissions, events, and policies.

  • Maintain visitor registers and ensure proper security procedures are followed.

  • Support the admissions team by coordinating enquiries, scheduling meetings, and collecting documents.

  • Maintain and update student, parent, and staff records as required.

  • Coordinate with teachers, management, and support staff for daily operational needs.

  • Assist in fee-related communication and direct queries to the concerned department.

  • Handle courier, mail, and document management efficiently.

  • Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and welcoming at all times.

  • Support school events, meetings, and parent interactions when required.

  • Follow school policies, confidentiality, and professional ethics strictly.
