Job Description


To manage the school’s front office operations efficiently and professionally, ensuring a welcoming experience for parents, students, visitors, and staff while providing effective administrative and communication support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist parents, students, visitors, and staff.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
  • Maintain visitor records and front office documentation.
  • Support admissions and other administrative processes.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules.
  • Handle correspondence, courier, and office records.
  • Provide administrative support to the school and relevant departments.
  • Ensure the reception area is organised, professional, and welcoming.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow school policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in front office, reception, administration, or a school environment is preferred.
