Job Description

Providing strategic support to SLT in the area of People Plan (short-term and long-term), Drive Culture Alignment, Workforce Planning and Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Competitive Benchmarking, and enable decision making through HR Analytics and dashboards

Provide HR operational support to the School team in the area of new staff onboarding, compensation and benefits, recruiting, retention and training, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, HR projects and HR budget management.

Provide timely accurate data and reports to the Regional HR team.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • MBA in HR
  • 8+ years of experience in HR Manager/Head role
  • Demonstrable experience of heading HR functions and handling team
  • Contemporary knowledge of HR best practices.
