Position Summary

Oakridge International School, Bangalore is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and student-centered educational leader for the role of Head of Secondary Department (HOD – Secondary). The HOD will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Secondary School, ensuring high standards in academic excellence, student wellbeing, staff development, and school culture.

 

The role requires a passionate educator and collaborative leader who can effectively support curriculum implementation, strengthen teaching and learning practices, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment aligned with the vision and values of Oakridge International School.
