OAKRIDGE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL BENGALURU
The IB PYP Teacher Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Homeroom Teacher in delivering a nurturing, inclusive, and inquiry-based learning environment aligned with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP). The role focuses on supporting students’ academic, emotional, social, and behavioral development while ensuring smooth classroom functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Homeroom Teacher in planning and implementing classroom activities and learning engagements.
- Support students individually and in small groups to enhance understanding and participation.
- Encourage inquiry, creativity, collaboration, and independent learning among students.
