Job Description
Job Title: Early Years Teacher – IB Curriculum (EYP)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to implement the IB Primary Years Programme (EYP) for young learners. The role involves creating a safe, engaging, and inquiry-based learning environment that supports children’s overall development.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the IB EYP framework.

Promote inquiry-based and play-based learning.

Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Observe and assess student progress and maintain learning portfolios.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth.

Collaborate with team members for curriculum planning and school events.

Participate in IB training and professional development programs.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

IB EYP training (preferred).
-
2+ years of experience in Early Years/Pre-Primary teaching.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.
