Job Description
Job Title: French Teacher – PYP
Job Purpose:
To deliver engaging, inquiry-based French lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework, promoting language skills and cultural awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and teach French lessons as per IB PYP guidelines
- Integrate language learning with Units of Inquiry
- Assess and track student progress
- Collaborate with PYP teachers and participate in planning
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
Qualifications:
- Degree in French with B.Ed. or equivalent
- IB PYP experience preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
Experience:
- 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience
