Job Purpose:

The Digital Marketing Manager leads data‑driven digital strategies to drive lead generation, enrollment growth, and brand visibility for a private school. As a brand ambassador, this role strengthens the school’s positioning through performance‑focused digital marketing, website optimization, OOH advertising, and ROI tracking, while supporting clear, compelling internal and external communications aligned with the school’s values.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a digital‑first marketing strategy aligned with recruitment and enrollment targets.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid media, SEO, social media, website performance, and landing pages.
  • Own the school’s digital ecosystem (website, CMS, analytics, CRM) and ensure a seamless user journey.
  • Drive lead generation and conversion through data‑driven campaigns and continuous optimization.
  • Track performance, ROI, and funnel metrics using dashboards and analytics.
  • Plan and evaluate OOH campaigns to increase awareness and inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with Admissions, school leadership, and regional teams.
  • Lead, coach, and support marketing team members and share best practices.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Minimum 5 years in marketing and communications; at least 3 years in digital marketing management.
  • Proven experience managing performance‑driven digital campaigns and budgets.
  • Experience using CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and full enrollment funnels.
  • Experience in educational institutions is desirable.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into action.
  • Strategic planning, creativity, and results‑oriented approach.
  • Leadership, collaboration, and effective communication skills.
  • Knowledge of paid media, SEO, SEM, social ads, OOH, and brand management.
  • Familiarity with digital tools (CMS, analytics, CRM) and data privacy regulations.
