Job Purpose:

Ensure the safety, organization, and control of the school parking lot, ensuring the orderly flow of vehicles, transortation, and pedestrians.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the school parking lot and pedestrian areas.
• Manage vehicle entry/exit, school transport flow, and student drop‑off/pick‑up safety.
• Arrange parking for teachers and students according to assigned areas.
• Keep parking zones and pedestrian pathways clear and orderly.
• Provide courteous assistance to parents, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, entrances, hallways, patios, and bathrooms.
• Empty trash bins and keep the parking area clean.
• Report incidents, damages, or safety issues promptly.
• Maintain work tools and materials in good condition.
• Support general surveillance and enforcement of safety and traffic rules.
• Assist during school events with traffic flow and cleanliness.
• Participate in deep‑cleaning tasks, maintenance activities, and annual campus preparation.
• Help with signage upkeep, line painting, and safety protocol updates.
• Take part in safety, first‑aid, and evacuation training.

Qualifications:

• Secondary education completed.
• Knowledge in basic traffic and road‑safety rules.
• Knowledge in basic emergency response and first aid.
• Responsible, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Clear and courteous communication.
• Effective control of vehicle and pedestrian flow.
• Strong observation and teamwork skills.
