Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

As the first contact for new prospective families, you will be responsible for supporting an outstanding experience for parents and students through the purchase phase of the Parent Experience Journey, as families progress from initial enquiry through to and including the child’s first day at school, thereby maximising the conversion of leads into new starters.

REPORTING TO: Admissions Manager

DIRECT CONNECTION: Admissions Manager and Marketing and Communication Manager

OTHER KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

  • HR, Finance, and Accounting staff
  • Parents, teachers and students

Key Result Areas / Measures of Performance

Guide parents and students through the admissions process:

  • Ensure timely communication (within 24 hours during working week) using CRM (Salesforce).
  • Maintain high-quality written and verbal communication.
  • Maintain warmth and enthusiasm throughout communications.
  • Delivery of weekly KPIs.
  • Feedback from parents.
  • Mystery shop.

Build understanding of family needs:

  • Use great questions and active listening.
  • Build empathy and rapport.
  • Support recruitment events.
  • Delivery of weekly KPIs.

Drive conversion through the admissions pipeline:

  • Convert enquiries to school visits or virtual meetings.
  • Manage admissions calendar (tours, assessments, interviews, trial days, follow-ups).
  • Assign and supervise MAP assessments.
  • Prepare admissions files for committee review.
  • Support family induction and orientation.
  • Follow up unresponsive leads.
  • Close unresponsive leads within 10 days.

Ensure school brand integration:

  • Articulate school proof points.
  • Advocate Nord Anglia and MET value.
  • Align family needs with school offer.
  • Promote global collaborations and assets.

Support identification of re-enrolment eligible families:

  • Identify and mitigate risks for non-re-enrolment.
  • Support marketing communications for re-enrolment.
  • Support contracting and finance processes.
  • Retention versus prior year.

Ensure compliance with policies and regulations:

  • Adhere to group policies and local regulations (MEDUCA).
  • Maintain up-to-date policy knowledge.
  • No issues flagged in internal audits.

Data management:

  • Maintain accurate lead data and notes.
  • Adhere to NAE data capture rules.
  • No issues flagged in internal audits.

Team collaboration and development:

  • Share best practices.
  • Support whole-school admissions culture.
  • Contribute to team, regional and group collaboration.
  • Employee performance reviews.
  • Team conversion rates.
  • 360-degree feedback.

Required Academic Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years in sales or service delivery (Essential)
  • Cross-cultural communication skills
  • Education sector experience (Desirable)
  •  Bilingual English and Spanish (Essential)
