Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with IBDP/ IGCSE standards for Biology and ESS.
- Foster inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in students.
- Plan and implement rigorous units of work that integrate global contexts and real-world applications.
- Use formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and inform teaching.
- Analyze student data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
- Maintain high expectations for behavior and academic performance.
- Create a safe, respectful, and stimulating learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding achievement and wellbeing.
