Job Purpose: Support students’ holistic development through sports and educational activities within the Extended Hours Program (HEK), fostering motor, social, and emotional growth in a safe, motivating, and values‑based environment aligned with institutional guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate sports and/or arts sessions.
• Ensure students’ physical and emotional safety at all times.
• Promote respect, teamwork, and healthy competition.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and student progress.
• Communicate effectively with coordinators, parents, and staff.
• Comply with institutional policies and child protection protocols.

Qualifications:

• Degree or technical studies in Physical Education, Sports Science, Pedagogy, Psychology, Arts, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents in sports, arts, or educational settings.
• Motivational leadership and teamwork.
• Assertive communication and group management.
• Organization, planning, and adaptability.
• Ethical conduct and institutional commitment.
