We are now seeking a passionate and dedicated Payable Accountant to join our vibrant BVIS HCMC team.

Key Responsibilities

As Accounts Payable Clerk, you will: 

  • Manage overseas and local payment processes, ensuring full compliance with laws and internal policies.
  • Record all invoices accurately and on time in the accounting system.
  • Reconcile payable accounts monthly and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Plan cash flow and schedule payments to support efficient cash management.
  • Prepare treasury reports such as cash flow statements and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with banks regarding required documents, forms, and banking transactions.
  • Monitor deposit funds and interest rates within company entities.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the General Accountant/Finance Manager.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Payables, General Accounting, or Treasury Accounting.
  • Strong Excel skills and a good command of written and spoken English.
  • Detail‑oriented, careful, and committed to delivering excellent service.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and child protection, including holding a valid police check.
