Job Purpose
- You’ll help us enhance the ACE Program by teaching, supervising and mentoring students as young as early childhood through Middle School in a variety of active and creative After Class Enrichment Programs As a genuine team-player, you’ll interact, collaborate and work closely with vendors, parents, and Village colleagues.

Job Description
- ▪ Support and work directly with students in grades ranging rom early childhood through Middle school.
- ▪ Ensure safety of students during after school program aligning with campus Health and Safety standards
- ▪ Deliver a fun and interactive environment for students during their afterschool activities, Spring Break and other miscellaneous one-day camps as hosted by the program
- ▪ Daily support of Lower and Middle school student lunches (miscellaneous division support requests as needed)
- ▪ Ensure vendor class success with seamless class transitiona nd carpool support.

- Preferable some experience working with young children.
- Knowledge of and fluency in the English Language
- Proficiency with O365

- Planning & Preparation
- Support and collaborate with ACE team members on lesson plan development creating activities and crafts for after-school class as lead or support based on planning calendar
- Help with preparing classrooms, managing rosters changes, and maintaining inventory of program supply needs.
- Knowledge of policies and procedures to follow while keeping the program structured.

Job Responsibilities
- High school diploma or degree
- One or more years of experience working with children.
- Applicants must be able to perform physically without restrictions while monitoring ACE students.
- Strong proficiency with Office 365 for producing rosters, email communication and curriculum plans.
- Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
- Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks.
- You’d like to work in a purpose-led sector.
