Position Summary / Job Goals:
You’ll help us create an outstanding experience for Families and students throughout our Family Experience Journey (FEJ).
You will be responsible for providing and supporting an outstanding experience for parents, students and agents through the admissions and onboarding phase of the enrollment process for our boarding school. You will also be a key team member in building relationships that encourage retention and re-enrollment across our boarding school population.
You will work with local and international families, agents and our Global Recruitment Team to drive students from initial inquiry to enrollment. Other requirements include obtaining leads; converting them to inquiries and nurturing them through the application and contract phases.
Qualifications / Training:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Ability to travel internationally
- 5+ years experience in admissions or service-related role preferably within Education sector
- Excellent cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills plus an affinity for interacting with diverse nationalities and cultures
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
- Experience working on a Google platform and with Microsoft Teams
Experience / Knowledge:
- Demonstrated experience in admissions, enrollment management, customer experience, or a service-oriented role, preferably within an educational or international environment
- Knowledge of the full admissions or sales lifecycle, from lead generation through enrollment or contract completion
- Experience working with diverse populations, including international families and external partners
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data tracking to manage inquiries, applications, and pipeline activity
- Understanding of brand representation, relationship management, and customer engagement best practices
- General awareness of regulatory or compliance requirements related to student enrollment and international admissions

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Deliver annual enrollment targets
- Manage admissions sales pipeline for boarding school population
- Build an understanding of each family’s needs and interests to create a tailored, positive and engaging admissions experience
- Drive conversion at each stage of the pipeline by maintaining a focus on ‘closing’ towards the next step
- Ensure school’s brand and core messages are integrated throughout the purchase phase
- Support the Residential Team throughout the re-enrollment process to optimize the retention of existing students and families
- Ensure the school’s admissions processes adhere to group policies and SEVIS regulations
- Manage data capture and lead management through our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Provide appropriate feedback and best practice sharing to other members of the Admissions, Marketing, Boarding and Global Recruitment Teams
- Proactive approach to personal development using company toolkits and procedures as appropriate
- Other duties or projects as required
