Administration Manager
The Administration Manager oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of the school, ensuring a high standard of service delivery, compliance, and support across all academic functions. The role involves managing administrative staff, developing efficient systems and processes, and supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Core Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum of 3–5 years in an administrative or office management role.
- Proven experience in managing a team and leading administrative operations.
- Experience of customer relations best practice
- Experience with budget planning and procurement.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong working knowledge of office management procedures and systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Familiarity with health & safety and data protection regulations.
