Job Summary:
The Admission Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end admission process and ensuring a positive experience for prospective parents and students. The role focuses on parent engagement, admission conversions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the school’s enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage admission enquiries and guide prospective parents through the complete admission process.
Provide detailed information about the school curriculum, facilities, and admission requirements.
Schedule and conduct campus tours for prospective families.
Follow up with prospective parents to support admission conversions.
Maintain accurate enquiry data, student records, and admission documentation.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Support admission events, school open houses, and promotional activities.
Ensure timely communication with parents regarding admission status and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in admissions, counseling, customer relationship management, or front office roles. Experience in the education sector is preferred.
