Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive admissions growth and strengthen the school’s market presence. The BDM will develop and implement strategic plans to attract prospective students and build strong relationships with stakeholders in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective business development strategies to meet admission targets

Identify and engage with potential clients, schools, and community partners

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities

Represent the school at educational fairs, seminars, and community events

Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, counselors, and educational consultants

Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to align promotional activities

Prepare reports and presentations on business development performance

Monitor trends in the education sector and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in education

Proven track record of achieving targets and building client relationships

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
