Job Summary:
The Co-Teacher – Pre-Primary supports the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment for young learners. The role involves assisting in classroom activities, supporting student learning, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher in conducting classroom activities and lesson implementation.
Support children in learning through play-based and interactive activities.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
Assist in managing classroom routines, materials, and learning resources.
Support children with basic needs and encourage positive behavior.
Collaborate with teachers to ensure smooth classroom operations and student engagement.

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline; Diploma in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Experience:
1–3 years of experience working with young children or in a preschool environment.

Key Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and enthusiasm for working with young children.
Basic classroom management and teamwork skills.
