Job Title: Food & Beverage (F&B) Executive
Location: Oakridge International School, Bachupally
Job Summary:
The F&B Executive will oversee daily cafeteria and food service operations at the school, ensuring hygiene, nutrition, safety, and quality standards are maintained. This role coordinates with catering vendors and internal teams to deliver a smooth dining experience for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise cafeteria operations and daily meal services

Coordinate with food vendors to ensure quality, quantity, and timely delivery

Monitor food hygiene, safety standards, and overall cleanliness

Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and school policies

Handle feedback and concerns related to food quality or service

Maintain inventory and oversee stock control in coordination with vendors

Support catering for school events, meetings, and special occasions

Collaborate with admin for budget tracking and vendor evaluations

Ensure discipline and cleanliness in dining spaces

Assist in menu planning and nutritional compliance where needed
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field

3–5 years of F&B experience, preferably in a school or institutional setting

Knowledge of food safety norms and hygiene practices (FSSAI certification preferred)
