Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Admissions to lead student enrolment efforts, manage the admissions team, and ensure an exceptional experience for prospective families. This role is central to achieving student recruitment targets while aligning with the school’s mission and brand.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement admissions strategies to meet enrolment goals

• Lead and coach the admissions team to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service

• Manage the entire admissions process—from inquiry to enrolment

• Conduct school tours, orientation sessions, and parent interactions

• Build strong relationships with prospective parents and students

• Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and promotional activities

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, and conversion rates

• Use data and feedback to refine admissions processes

• Ensure compliance with school policies and data privacy standards

• Represent the school at events, open houses, and community engagements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in admissions or customer-facing roles, preferably in international schools

• Proven track record in team management, student recruitment, and relationship building
