Job Title: Manager – Communications

Job Summary:
Seeking a proactive and experienced Manager – Communications to lead internal and external communication strategies, build school brand visibility, and support engagement through various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication plans in line with school objectives

• Create and manage content for newsletters, website, social media, and internal updates

• Handle media relations and coordinate press coverage of school events

• Collaborate with staff to ensure timely and accurate parent communication

• Manage branding, photography, and videography for school events

• Ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with Nord Anglia Education guidelines

• Lead crisis and sensitive communication efforts

• Track communication performance through analytics

• Support admissions and marketing campaigns

• Maintain strong relationships with media and community stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in education or a similar industry

• Skilled in digital content, media handling, and campaign development

Key Skills:

• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication

• Strong storytelling and attention to detail

• Proficient in social media, CMS tools, and basic design (Canva, Adobe)

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines

• Collaborative mindset and professional approach
