Job Title: Manager – Communications

Job Summary:
Seeking a proactive and experienced Manager – Communications to lead internal and external communication strategies, build school brand visibility, and support engagement through various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute communication plans in line with school objectives

Create and manage content for newsletters, website, social media, and internal updates

Handle media relations and coordinate press coverage of school events

Collaborate with staff to ensure timely and accurate parent communication

Manage branding, photography, and videography for school events
-
Ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with Nord Anglia Education guidelines

Lead crisis and sensitive communication efforts
-
Track communication performance through analytics

Support admissions and marketing campaigns

Maintain strong relationships with media and community stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in education or a similar industry

Skilled in digital content, media handling, and campaign development
Key Skills:

Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication

Strong storytelling and attention to detail

Proficient in social media, CMS tools, and basic design (Canva, Adobe)

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
