Location: Oakridge International School, Bachupally
Reporting to: Principal
Role Overview:
The Manager – IT Operations will manage the school’s technology infrastructure and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems to support both academics and administration. The role requires technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to deliver technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and systems to ensure continuous availability.

Provide technical support and resolve IT issues for staff, faculty, and students.

Implement data security measures, backup systems, and ensure policy compliance.

Support classroom technology, ERP systems, online learning platforms, and digital assessments.

Manage IT vendors, contracts, and procurement while adhering to budget.

Lead and guide the IT support team to deliver efficient services.

Recommend technology upgrades and contribute to the school’s IT strategy.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent (Master’s preferred).

8 to 10 years of IT experience with at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial position.

Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud platforms, ERP, and cybersecurity.

Experience in educational institutions preferred.
