ob Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Officer – Maintenance to ensure the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of school facilities. The officer will be responsible for routine maintenance, repairs, and coordinating with vendors to maintain a safe and clean environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of school buildings, equipment, and infrastructure

• Perform minor repairs and coordinate with external vendors for specialized services

• Ensure timely resolution of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC issues

• Monitor and maintain safety standards and compliance with regulations

• Maintain records of maintenance activities and service requests

• Support setup and logistics for school events and activities

• Manage inventory of maintenance tools and supplies

• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance needs

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field preferred

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in an educational or institutional setting

• Basic knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and preventive maintenance
