Job Title: Senior Secondary Psychology Teacher

Job Summary:
The Psychology Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to Senior Secondary students, fostering critical thinking, and supporting students’ academic and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver Psychology lessons aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments to support student learning.
Encourage critical thinking, research skills, and student participation in class discussions.
Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
Maintain student records and provide regular feedback to parents and school leadership.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student wellbeing.
Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Psychology with B.Ed. (preferred).

Experience:
2–5 years of teaching experience in Psychology at the Senior Secondary level.

Strong subject knowledge in Psychology.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Good organizational and assessment skills.
