Lead Learning Support Assistant (KS1/Lower KS2)
Are you a passionate and experienced Learning Support Assistant ready to lead and make a significant impact in Early Years and Key Stage 1?
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Lead LSA to join our dedicated Learning Support Department, focusing on foundational learning and student development in KS1/Lower KS2. This pivotal role involves both direct student support and key leadership responsibilities within our LSA team.
You will be instrumental in:

Managing LSA team operations, timetabling, and cover.

Line managing, mentoring, and onboarding LSAs within KS1/Lower KS2.

Liaising closely with the KS1/Lower KS2 LS teachers and class teachers for seamless support.

Providing tailored support to young learners, ensuring access to the curriculum.

Contributing to broader school duties and departmental initiatives.

A strong commitment to and experience of inclusive practice.
Desirable:

Experience of recruiting and onboarding new members of the team.
