Job Purpose: The Admissions Coordinator is the first point of contact for prospective families. This role qualifies and manages inbound leads, ensures an exceptional first impression, and supports a high‑quality admissions pipeline through professional communication, strong process management, and close collaboration with the Marketing & Admissions team.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify and manage prospective family leads using the BLANT framework (Budget, Location, Authority, Need, Timing).
- Professionally qualify or disqualify leads and route qualified families to Admissions Officers.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in Salesforce.
- Deliver a warm, professional, and customer‑centric experience via phone and email.
- Support scheduling of campus visits and admissions activities.
- Use CRM data and dashboards to monitor lead quality, response times, and conversion trends.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Admissions team to support enrollment goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years in customer‑facing roles; admissions, sales coordination, or lead qualification experience preferred.
- Experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with families.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused.
- Understanding of admissions funnels and customer journey concepts.
- Ability to analyze CRM data and reports to support decision‑making.
