At Colegio Peruano Británico, part of the prestigious global family Nord Anglia Education, we are looking for the 2026 school year for an enthusiastic Early Years teacher, who brings both vocation and experience, and who is passionate about guiding children’s first steps in learning through innovative, inclusive, and engaging approaches.

Purpose of the position:
To plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality Early Years lessons that promote bilingual learning, creativity, social-emotional development, and curiosity within a collaborative school environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging lessons and activities tailored to the Early Years curriculum.

• Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment where every child feels valued.

• Support children’s holistic development (social, emotional, cognitive, and physical).

• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, maintaining close communication with families.

• Collaborate with colleagues in planning interdisciplinary and creative projects.

• Apply effective classroom management strategies appropriate to Early Years.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Education, preferably in Early Childhood Education.

• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Early Years, ideally in bilingual or international schools.

• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate pedagogical strategies.

• Native English speaker preferred, or equivalent native-level proficiency.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

• Commitment to innovation, child-centered learning, and holistic development.
