Purpose of the position:
To plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality English lessons that promote bilingual learning, creativity, and the holistic development of students within a collaborative school environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging English lessons aligned with curricular standards.

• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that addresses diverse learning needs.

• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.

• Lead or support extracurricular activities, workshops, or projects beyond the English curriculum.

• Serve as a homeroom teacher (tutor) or show willingness to take on this role.

• Apply effective classroom management strategies that promote positive relationships with students.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Education.

• Native level of English proficiency.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching English, ideally in bilingual or international schools.

• Teaching experience across Lower and Upper School.

• Training or experience in inclusive education and differentiated instruction (highly desirable).

• Strong leadership, teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.

• Commitment to innovation, student-centered learning, and holistic development.
