At Colegio Peruano Británico, we are looking for committed and responsible School Coexistence Monitors to join our team in Santiago de Surco, Lima.
The successful candidates will help ensure a safe, respectful, and positive school environment, supporting students’ wellbeing and promoting healthy coexistence aligned with the school’s values and policies.
What You’ll Do:
- Actively supervise hallways, playgrounds, and common areas during breaks, lunch, and other non-class periods.
- Promote a safe and respectful environment, ensuring compliance with the school’s Code of Conduct.
- Identify and address conflicts in a timely and preventive manner.
- Support students’ physical and emotional wellbeing through active presence and guidance.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and Level Heads to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Report incidents and follow up on situations as required.
- Encourage respectful interactions and positive behavior among students.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Education, Educational Psychology, or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in supervision, student support, or similar roles in educational, community, or security environments.
- Additional training in school coexistence, conflict resolution, first aid, child protection, or related areas (highly desirable).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, plus half-day on Saturdays.
