Maintenance Supervisor

Purpose of the position:
To supervise and coordinate all maintenance and cleaning activities within the school, ensuring optimal spaces for learning, well-being, and the safety of the entire school community.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance work (electrical, plumbing, infrastructure, gardening, among others)
• Coordinate and supervise cleaning staff to ensure hygiene and presentation standards are met throughout the school
• Manage resources, materials, and external suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and established protocols
• Report incidents and propose improvements to maintenance and cleaning processes

Candidate Profile

• Technical or university graduate in Engineering, Maintenance, Electricity, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions, ideally in educational institutions
• Knowledge in electrical systems, plumbing, masonry, gardening, supplier management, and technical team supervision
• Strong leadership, organizational, teamwork, and effective communication skills
• Focus on safety, risk prevention, and regulatory compliance
