HR ADVISOR:

 

Nord Anglia Education is looking for an HR Advisor to join our London HQ. This role will offer you an opportunity to provide efficient HR Advisor support to the Group's Central Support functions and contribute to group HR projects when required. You will also, assist the Senior HR Ops Manager in overseeing and monitoring day-to-day HR operations and ensuring HR service delivery accuracy, quality, and timeliness for Group Central Support colleagues.

 

 

The Role:

 

  • Provide proactive HR advice and support to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability, absence, probation, and organisational change matters.
  • Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and the delivery of a positive colleague experience.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and organisational best practice.
  • Coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, payroll liaison, and HR administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and filing processes to support effective people reporting and data management.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and ways of working.
  • Support HR projects, organisational initiatives, and the production of people-related reports and insights.
  • Manage the HR inbox and provide responsive, customer-focused support to colleagues and managers.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and HR best practice.

We're looking for:

 

  • Solid HR generalist experience
  • Familiar with UK employment law and practice
  • HRIS experience and knowledge
  • CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD Level 5 is required
  • Experience working in HR in a global organisation
  • Experience in supporting corporate/Head Office functions
  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR role.
  • High levels of personal integrity
  • Conscientious and able to focus on completing work to a consistently high standard
  • Flexible and positive approach to work
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills; high attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
