PA to Chief Information Officer

 

Location: London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in office).

 

Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit an PA to the CIO, sat within the Group Central Support.  

 

We are looking for a PA to the CIO to support on administration, including extensive diary, travel and meetings coordination. You will lead on project and department performance reporting, producing reports from the EXCO and the global, regional and school IT teams. As well as this, you’ll get involved in other ad-hoc projects such as leading the organisation of events, supporting the improvement of our Global Community through new collaboration and communication ideas, and managing relations with third parties for cross collaborations.

 

The role:

We seek an individual to join as a PA to the CIO where your focus will be:

  • Handling all activities for the CIO office with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Communicating and providing information by relevant methods internally and externally.
  • Taking a lead in arranging events such as Hackathons, Lunch & Learns, guest speaker sessions, speaking to third parties about collaborations such as Code First Girls etc. 
  • Taking ownership on improving the sense of Global Community, including exploring different collaboration and communication ideas and approaches.
  • Ensuring CIO activities are well organized, suitably prioritised and sensibly paced.
  • Providing the CIO with clear, pertinent reporting and business information to assist in the ongoing management and decision making within the Department.
  • Managing the CIO's calendar through liaising with internal and external executives and assistants, and co-ordinating complex executive meetings and events, including arranging all travel including visas.
  • Compiling and submitting expense reports.
  • Managing, organising and updating various forms of data using database applications.
  • Setting up and running processes to ensure that the central support IT team operates efficiently and compile internal reporting and collaboration requirements such as:
  • Supporting the CIO in the execution of the appraisal process for such that the Team get quarterly reviews, clear objectives and regular feedback.

 

The Successful Candidate will possess:

  • Strong energy and enthusiasm with an optimistic outlook and proactive attitude.
  • Creativity, resilience and resourcefulness.
  • Self-starter and ability to be objective and outcome focused rather than task and input oriented.
  • Demonstrable PA experience at C-suite level.
  • Excellent 0365 skills, inc. collaboration tools like SharePoint & Teams.
  • Ability to finish off PowerPoint presentations to ensure they fall within the Brand guidelines.
  • Good prioritisation and organisational skills.
