ABOUT YOU

 

You are an organised HR professional with experience supporting a broad range of HR operations, including employee records, recruitment administration, payroll preparation, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

 

You have excellent attention to detail and take pride in maintaining accurate HR data and documentation. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance in everything you do.

 

You enjoy working with people and providing professional, responsive support to employees and managers. Whether coordinating onboarding, preparing payroll information, maintaining HR records, or supporting employee mobility and statutory requirements, you approach every task with professionalism and a customer-focused mindset.

 

You are proactive, dependable, and committed to continuous improvement. Most importantly, you enjoy being part of a collaborative team and contributing to an outstanding employee experience within a leading international school.

THE ROLE

You will provide operational and administrative support across key Human Resources functions, including HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, payroll preparation, compensation and benefits administration, employee records management, HR reporting, and compliance. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will help ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant HR operations while delivering a positive employee experience.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS

 

Essential

 

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
  • Exposure to HR administration, employee records, HRIS, payroll, and/or compensation and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.

 

Desirable

 

  • Knowledge of Philippine labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Experience in an international school or multicultural work environment.
