ABOUT YOU
You are an accomplished and driven professional who brings both expertise and energy to student development. You thrive in a high-performing international environment and are motivated by the pursuit of excellence in every aspect of your work.
You hold a university degree and recognised teaching qualification, with relevant experience in PE and swimming instruction or coaching.
Alongside delivering high-quality PE lessons, you will lead after-school swimming, support squad training, and represent the school at fixtures and competitions. You are committed to student progress, wellbeing, and high standards in sport.
A collaborative and influential practitioner, you work seamlessly across teams and are confident engaging with students, parents, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. You bring credibility, warmth, and clarity in communication, and you take pride in being an ambassador for the school’s values and sporting excellence.
THE ROLE
You will contribute to a positive learning environment for NAISM students through the delivery of a high-quality swimming programme within the PE department. You will promote swimming as a lifelong skill, building student confidence, water safety awareness, and enjoyment in the water.
Working as part of a collaborative PE team, you will support colleagues across the department to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field
- Valid Professional Teacher’s License (PRC), Philippines
- At least 2 years of experience in coaching swimming
- High level of personal integrity
- Conscientious, with the ability to consistently produce work to a high standard
Desirable
- Experience working in an international school setting
- Swim coach certification (e.g. ASCA – American Swimming Coaches Association)
- Current lifesaving and first aid certification (e.g. Red Cross or equivalent)
Other Requirements
- Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities and school events that support the holistic development of students.
