ABOUT YOU
You are a detail-oriented procurement professional with experience managing purchasing, supplier relationships, and procurement processes in a fast-paced environment. You balance quality, value, and compliance to support efficient and effective operations.
You are confident sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. You take a proactive approach to identifying cost efficiencies while maintaining high standards and strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.
You are comfortable working across multiple priorities and collaborating with different teams to support a broad range of school operational needs, including resources, facilities, and administration.
In an international school environment, you understand that procurement decisions directly support the experience of students and staff. You are professional, reliable, and committed to integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.
Above all, you are a team player who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a culture of excellence within a leading international school.
THE ROLE
You will provide essential administrative support to the Operations team, with a focus on procurement. You will work closely with key stakeholders and external partners to support the effective delivery of operational services.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in procurement or purchasing
- Experience in a customer service or stakeholder-facing role
- High level of integrity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently

- Experience in a school or international education environment
