Job Title: Marketing Executive
Job descriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Communications Executive to support the development and execution of strategic marketing and communications initiatives. This role involves content creation, photography and videography creations, digital marketing, event coordination, and administrative support to enhance brand visibility and parent engagement.
Responsibilities:
Content & Media CreationDevelop engaging school stories, case studies, and articles to support admissions and brand positioning.Capturing photos, videos etc.Maintain and organize media drives with proper labeling and version control.Collaborate with academic and operations teams to gather content for newsletters, brochures, and presentations.
Digital & Social MediaAssist in competitor analysis (online and offline) to inform marketing strategy.Execute lead nurturing campaigns via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.Coordinate with third-party education portals to ensure accurate and updated school listings.Monitor and manage parent reviews across platforms, responding appropriately to feedback.
Events & CampaignsSupport onsite branding for school events, including vendor coordination and setup.Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns aligned with admissions and engagement goals.
Marketing & StrategyContribute to the development of marketing calendars and campaign timelines.Track campaign performance and prepare reports for internal review.Support SEO and SEM efforts through keyword research and content optimization.
Administration & Team SupportConduct and analyze Parent Profiling Polls and Parent Pulse Surveys.Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including documentation and scheduling.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education or service sectors.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Photography and Videography skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite etc.).Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Creative mindset with attention to detail.Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
