26-27 Middle & High School Performing Arts Teacher

Eton School is one of the leading bilingual, international schools in Mexico City. We are a day school with instruction in English and Spanish with campuses in the Santa Fe and Lomas de Chapultepec neighborhoods of Mexico City. Within our highly stimulating environment, our passionate teachers are deeply invested in seeing our Nursery to Grade 12 students develop their unique potential. Our students, ages 2 to 18, learn using the Project Approach and Reggio Emilia inspiration in Early Childhood and Elementary and the IB Middle Years and Diploma programs in Middle & High School.

We are seeking passionate and internationally minded educator who aligns with our school’s educational philosophy, and who is eager to implement pedagogical practices grounded in respect, inclusion, and academic excellence.

Teachers foster emotionally safe and inclusive learning environments, respect instructional time, manage student conflicts as opportunities for growth, and prioritize students’ emotional and physical well-being.

Educators are expected to actively participate in school life, collaborate with families, leadership teams, and student support services, and share professional expertise with colleagues. The role includes planning and delivering meaningful, inquiry-based learning experiences that consider students’ diverse backgrounds and promote critical thinking, curiosity, and lifelong learning.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• BA in Drama or Theater
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Theater/Drama in Middle & High School
• English proficiency 90–100%
